Win
Solutions
Rebuilding the brand identity and digital presence of a Maldivian enterprise software company — from first mark to final screen.
The Project
Win Solutions is a Maldives-based IT company that implements enterprise software for businesses across the region — Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo ERP, MiHCM, Corporater, SELENA+, and Bileeta among their portfolio.
The project called for a complete reset. Their existing website was outdated and their brand lacked the cohesion and authority needed for an enterprise software company. Before a single UI screen could be designed, the brand identity had to be built from scratch — logo system, visual language, colour strategy, and typography — documented in a full brand guidelines PDF.
Once the brand foundation was set, I moved into UX — wireframing every page to lock in content hierarchy and navigation flow before committing to high-fidelity design. The final deliverable was a 14-page UI design built in Figma, alongside print collateral including a bilingual letterhead in both English and Divehi, the native Maldivian script.
Before the Work
Where it started.
Win Solutions had a functional website but no coherent brand identity. The logo lacked refinement, the visual language was inconsistent, and the website hadn't kept pace with the scale of their product portfolio. Everything below was the baseline — the brief was to rebuild from it completely.

Research & Discovery
Research first,
design second.
Before a wireframe or logo concept was drafted, a structured discovery phase defined the parameters of the work. Competitor benchmarking, audience profiling, and a thorough brand audit ensured every design decision was grounded in evidence — not assumption.
What the research revealed
- Local competitors had weak brand differentiation — most relied on template websites with generic imagery
- Enterprise buyers need credibility signals: certifications, client logos, and product depth
- No competitor offered structured product pages with deep feature documentation
- The existing brand had no defined colour system, type hierarchy, or logo usage rules
- B2B decision makers increasingly research on mobile — responsive design was non-negotiable

- Brand guidelines document (PDF)
- Business card design
- Letterhead in English & Divehi (Maldivian script)
- Wireframe set — all core website pages
- High-fidelity UI design in Figma
- Component library with colour tokens and type scale

Process
Wireframes First
Before any colour or visual design was applied, every page was mapped as a low-fidelity wireframe. This phase locked in content hierarchy, navigation flow, and component placement — decisions that are expensive to change once high-fidelity design begins.
Win Solutions carries a wide product catalogue across distinct solution categories. The wireframing stage was critical for working out how to present each product page clearly — without overwhelming visitors or creating a confusing information structure.

UI Design
Fully Designed UI Screens
Every wireframe translated into a high-fidelity screen — built on the Win Solutions brand system with a consistent component library, colour tokens, and type scale defined in Figma. The design covers both the Services and Solutions sections of the website, each product page carrying the same structural pattern with product-specific content.
Print Design
Print Collateral
The brand extended beyond the screen. Business cards and letterhead bring the visual language into physical touchpoints. The letterhead was produced in two versions — English and Divehi — to serve Win Solutions' local Maldivian correspondence in the native script.
