Designing the stage for MiHCM's flagship annual event — from theme and identity to invitations, presentation deck, digital banners, and registration experience. Held at Cinnamon Life, Colombo.
The Brief
Theming MiHCM's
Biggest Night.
MiHCM Connect 2025 was the company's flagship annual event — an evening bringing together top corporate leaders, partners, and customers to experience the future of work tech. Held at the Celestine Ballroom, Cinnamon Life City of Dreams, Colombo on October 22, 2025, the event marked the public unveiling of Syntra, MiA, and SmartAssist — MiHCM's new generation of AI-powered solutions.
As Event Design Lead, I was responsible for the complete visual experience — every surface the audience saw, from the stage backdrop to the invitation in their inbox.

On the Night
Connect 2025, Live.
The Celestine Ballroom at Cinnamon Life came alive on October 22nd. Every visual touchpoint — from the entrance banners to the main stage backdrop — was part of a unified design system built for the night.
Also at Connect 2025
Connect 2025 was also the night Syntra— MiHCM's AI platform — made its public debut. I designed the Syntra brand identity separately.
